How do you ensure the freshness of my order during shipping?
All perishable items are packed in insulated liners with non-toxic gel cold packs. We use expedited shipping to ensure your products arrive at your doorstep at the peak of freshness.
Are your farming practices organic?
While we are not officially certified organic, we follow sustainable and regenerative farming practices. We never use synthetic pesticides or growth hormones on our crops or livestock.
When will my order be shipped?
To ensure products don't sit in a warehouse over the weekend, we typically ship orders on Mondays and Tuesdays. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package leaves the farm.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours for a full refund or replacement.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the continental United States to ensure our food products maintain their quality and safety standards during transit.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed for harvest or packing, we are unable to make further changes.
